In-pack or on-pack promotions are a great way to communicate benefits of other products to existing customers to encourage them to extend the range.
Vitasoy wanted to leverage the success of their Soy Milk product to encourage trial of their new Oat Milk, as well as reward loyal customers.
Pour to Score was created to achieve those goals. Unique codes were printed on-pack and scanned via an app or directly onto a website to earn tokens. Tokens could then be redeemed for a variety or prizes. Oat tokens were weighted to encourage participants to purchase these products in addition to their regular Soy to achieve their prize goals quicker.
The program was supported through various communications including segmented emails depending on the customers purchasing behaviour to encourage repeat purchase and trial of other products. Industry related products were specifically selected as prizes to be relevant to the audience.
